Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and work closely with and support our Slovenian team. This is a senior role for a professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with people leadership and an international mindset.


• 7-10 years of professional experience at an accounting service provider or accounting office, consulting firm.
• Corporate experience as a chief accountant is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and team management.
• Experience working in or with international/multicultural environments.
• Strong professional ethics, accountability, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Slovenia periodically.
• Fluency in English (working language).
• Knowledge of the Slovenian language is an advantage.


Your future role
The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high‑quality external accounting and tax services within an international environment. This person will lead and develop teams, oversee complex engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, while working closely with colleagues across borders and supporting the Slovenian market.

• Professional supervision of the preparation of tax calculations and the compilation of tax returns based on Slovenian and foreign ledger records.
• Client representation during audits and tax inspections.
• Development and supervision of junior and senior colleagues.
