Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Strategy, Risk & Transaction team. This role is suited for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data and financial information, and translating research into clear, practical recommendations.

You are a strong match if:
  • You have a university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have good communication skills and proficiency in English and Latvian, including report writing and presenting content to varied audiences.
  • You have experience (work, academic, or project) in market research, business analysis, or business case development (exposure to startups, business projects, hackathons, or similar initiatives considered an advantage).
  • Previous experience in financial institutions, consulting, Big 4, or professional services is considered an advantage.
  • You have a general understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks and feel comfortable with reading legal text and performing high-level legal research.
  • You are comfortable working with financial information, understanding business models, and interpreting key financial data.
  • You are experienced in preparing analyses, summaries, recommendations, dashboards, and other structured deliverables, including working with and visualizing large reports and complex information.

Your future role
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in our Strategy, Risk & Transactions team, you will support clients across a variety of strategic, analytical, and advisory assignments. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct market, industry, and regulatory research and contribute to business cases and feasibility assessments
  • Perform financial and quantitative analyses, including modelling, data structuring, and dashboards
  • Synthesize complex information into clear analyses, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and visualizations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver impactful outcomes for clients
  • Gain hands-on experience across strategy, financial analysis, and regulatory topics while strengthening your problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Gradually take on more responsibility in client communication, workstream ownership, and project delivery, supported by mentoring and a collaborative environment
