Who we are looking for
- Graduate of computer science (focus in databases, data modelling, analytics) or Economic studies (Finance, Accounting, Cybernetics);
- 3+ years implementation / support experience with Anaplan or similar EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) OR as planning, budgeting & forecasting SME (FP&A, Finance Controller / Analyst, Finance Business Partner etc.);
- Experience with data modelling & reporting (MS Excel, EPM or BI tools);
- Technical mindset, ability to design & build solutions that fulfill customers’ needs;
- Excellent communication skills, be able to interact with senior client or internal stakeholders;
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. High attention to detail is critical;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently;
- Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner;
- Ability to balance competing priorities;
- Fluent in English.
- Participation in all phases of a solution implementation (Anaplan or other EPM tool);
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR;
- Has been part of planning, budgeting and forecasting (PBF) application implementation projects OR involved in PBF processes as a SME (e.g.: FP&A, Financial Controller, Logistics Planner, Sales Planner, Workforce Planner etc.);
- Experience with configuring or end-user experience with other similar financial EPM tools (SAP BPC / SAP IBP/ Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud, IBM Cognos TM1, Tagetik, OneStream/ Board/ Pigment etc.), or non-financial planning budgeting and forecasting applications (JDE, OMP, O9, Kinaxis, …);
- Anaplan certification (Model Builder, Solution Architect);
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, PMP / Prince etc.);
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology (e.g. Agile);
- Hands on experience building solutions or interacting as an end-user with Anaplan.
Your future role
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models by partnering with client’s stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR etc.);
- Build and/or modify existing Anaplan models as part of a connected solution, optimization, to incorporate new functionality or to integrate with other systems;
- Develop model documentation to support requirements gathering, design solution and successful deployment;
- Provide meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the business owner and project team;
- Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment;
- Provide hands-on training to end users of Anaplan models and processes;
- Stay up to date with the latest developments & trends related to the Anaplan platform.
