 Have what it takes and make the most of it
 * Bachelor’s degree in field of Economy and Business
 * Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
 * Ability to work independently and also in a team
 * Managing time constraints
 * Diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach
 * Willingness to invest time in one’s own knowledge and competencies
 * Strong academic credentials - ECTS 240 - advantage
 * Fluent in English and Bosnian spoken and written
 * Relevant experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs) - advantage and help us provide highest quality audits and advisory services
Your future role
As an Auditor you’ll use your knowledge and analytical mind-set to audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes. You will perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. Given the many opportunities to work with different engagement teams and managers, you learn to collaborate very fast. As you progress, we train and assign you to different aspects of the engagement.

 * Be part of a team performing audits and reviews of financial statements
 * Interact with clients on a daily basis, thus expanding your network of finance professionals and industry representatives
 * Add value to our audits by helping us identify various accounting and auditing issues
 * Be eager to learn and help us provide highest quality audits and advisory services

Deloitte Bosnia and Herzegovina has in Sarajevo and Banja Luka. Our whole office counts around 160 employees in total while Audit and Assurance department counts around 100 employees.
