Description & Requirements
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, including budgeting, documentation, risk assessment, defining audit scope, selecting and designing procedures, and performing both compliance and substantive testing. Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the engagement.
Oversee and develop project teams by creating work plans, allocating and coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing technical guidance. Support team members’ professional growth and ensure high‑quality performance.
Build strong client relationships, including aligning on the audit plan, budget, expectations, and progress updates. Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the engagement.
Ensure full compliance with Deloitte quality standards and risk management policies, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment across all deliverables.
Drive team excellence through effective leadership, clear communication, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
Stay current with industry developments, including changes in audit standards, regulations, and market trends, and continuously enhance your professional qualifications.
