In role of Audit Manager you will cooperate with the partner building strong relationships with clients and ensuring the delivery of top quality services and solutions to client on specific delegated engagements / projects. Your skills make you ideal for the role:
· 6+ years of audit experience;
· High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations;
· Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service;
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
· Audit licenses would be an advantage;
· ACCA qualification (completed or in progress);
· Management skills - being able to manage multiple colleagues across different pieces of work to ensure effective delivery;
· Excellent written and oral self-expression in English, (proficiency in German would be an advantage);
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Your future role
· Maintaining relations with existing and potential clients;
· Managing audit engagements, including the planning, execution and reporting thereof;
· Identifying new business opportunities in cooperation with partners;
· Working on assessing gap and impact assessment of major accounting standards on the company operation as well as assisting in implementation of new accounting standards;
· Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.

· EUR 3 800 per month gross. A salary higher than indicated may be agreed, depending on the professional qualifications and experience.
