Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and/or mobile testing (Android/iOS).
  • Experience with mobile emulators and simulators: Android Studio for Android, Xcode for iOS.
  • Hands-on experience with Java or TypeScript and test automation using frameworks such as WebdriverIO and/or Playwright.
  • Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
  • Experience with device farms such as SauceLabs or BrowserStack.
  • Experience in API testing (automated or semi-automated).
  • Familiarity with automation-first techniques like BDD and tools such as Cucumber and Gherkin for creating BDD scenarios.
  • Good understanding of modern engineering methodologies and tools (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, code review and quality practices).

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in accessibility testing and an interest in building inclusive digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-supported tools (e.g., Cursor or similar) to accelerate test design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience in setting up, architecting, and maintaining test automation frameworks (for Web, Mobile, and/or API tests).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scaled delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to or interest in emerging technologies in quality assurance and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium or TOSCA will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities while behaving with passion, empathy, and care.

Your future role
  • Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean test automation scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and implement automation tools and techniques to meet client needs across web, mobile, and API layers.
  • Create and maintain BDD scenarios using Cucumber and Gherkin where applicable.
  • Execute and optimize functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure smooth functionality and high-quality releases.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, addressing bottlenecks in the testing and delivery process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, product owners, DevOps) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain high standards for quality assurance and automation practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, into test automation processes.
