Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent proficiency in English & French (verbal/written);
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Intermediate / expert knowledge of invoicing taxes;
  • Willingness and ability to learn other software as needed;
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and staff.
  • Openess to working in the beetwen 2 pm and 10 pm. 



Your future role

  • Processes a high volume of invoices in accordance with our invoicing policy;
  • Prepares and processes credit notes / invoice cancellations as required;
  • Closes old WIP and responds to WIP inquiries;
  • Identifies billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed;
  • Ability to create virtual relationships and work with all levels of the organization;
  • Ensures that billing procedures are followed in accordance with established guidelines and applicable legislation;
  • Brings to the attention of the billing supervisor any requests that do not comply with the firm's billing policy and resolves them with the assistance of the supervisor;
  • Any other related tasks required.
