Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance department / Operations
  • Min 4 years of experience with leading people and developing people
  • Strong process knowledge in relevant area
  • Strong accounting / reporting overview - test RTR (if applicable)
  • FIA Diploma or Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress or equivalent knowledge required
  • MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint), ERP experience (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle)
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Analytical skills - ability to interpret the data and drive improvements, make recommendations for process changes
  • Willingness to develop, learn.
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills and ability to interpret data to various levels
  • Ability to plan, think and make decisions in strategic context.
  • Customer and result orientation
  • Proactive attitude
  • Yellow Belt Certified and PMGB certified - advantage


Your future role
The Collection/Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Collection process within our finance Order To Cash team. It includes among others following tasks:

General:
  • Achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets
  • Guarantee compliance with Business Operating System (BOS) procedures for all team / group members
  • Set-up of team structure to support above
  • Manage, motivate and develop team members
  • Ensure the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
  • Ensure ethical and accounting principal compliance
  • Ensure that external partners  and regional partners receive accurate and on-time information

Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive benchmark studies with competitors and other organizations to improve efficiencies and/ or control environment

Month-end Close / Consolidation & US Reporting:
  • Formulates and administers approved accounting practices in fields
