Who we are looking for

We're looking for an ambitious, reliable, and experienced Tax Consultant to join our Tax team in Vilnius.

At Deloitte Tax, you'll work with leading Lithuanian and international companies, helping them navigate complex tax matters, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role offers hands-on experience, continuous learning, and the chance to work alongside experienced tax professionals in a collaborative environment.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in tax (direct tax, incentives, M&A and internation tax).

• Strong relationship-building and client-service skills.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive approach and willingness to develop innovative solutions.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken.[

Your future role

As a Tax Consultant, you'll support clients with a variety of tax advisory and compliance matters while developing both your technical expertise and business skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on tax-related matters and helping them navigate complex challenges.

• Identifying tax risks and opportunities for optimization.

• Supporting the implementation of practical and effective tax solutions.

• Managing projects and coordinating workstreams.

• Building strong client relationships and participating in client meetings.

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

• Collaborating with experienced tax professionals across different industries.

Salary: EUR 1800 gross/month – 3400 gross/month
Final offer depending on experience, skills, and alignment with internal compensation structure.
