Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 3+ years of experience working in-house in international companies or at international law firms, providing legal advice to international clients;
  • Strong proficiency in both English and German, with advanced communication skills;
  • Experience in the areas of contract review, contract management, negotiations, document review and / or due diligence exercises;
  • Knowledge of corporate and commercial law and transactions support/preparation work;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organizational structure in multi-national and multi-cultural corporations;
  • Result-driven and oriented person with meticulous attention to detail; 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within high performance standards;
  • Willing to embrace new challenges and being a team player.
Your future role
  • Providing high-quality, pragmatic, clear, and commercially focused legal advice on corporate, commercial and other legal matters and solutions to various legal queries that appear in a project context;
  • Drafting, review, negotiations in a wide range of contracts and documents review, contracts negotiations and management, other projects and due diligence exercises, in an international context;
  • Using technology solutions to drive efficiencies into the drafting and review process; 
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and key performance indicators; 
  • Assisting with building and development of checklists, playbooks, templates, issues & recommendations templates, know-how, guidelines, and training materials and promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Delivering and enhancing an efficient, high-quality legal managed service;
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contributions.
