We’re looking for experienced, results-driven Customer Strategy Senior Consultants ready to use digital to create real impact for our clients. You’re curious, technology-savvy, and confident operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology.
Who you are
- 3–4 years of experience in strategy, business/management consulting, or IT/technology environments
- roven project management and leadership experienceStrong understanding of digital strategy, transformation, omni-channel, or IT strategy, p
- Analytical and strategic thinker, able to solve complex problems and challenge perspectives
- Digital native with a passion for emerging technologies 📱
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Effective collaborator across strategy, technology, and design teams
- Comfortable working under pressure and willing to travel ✈️
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau is a strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field (advanced degree is a bonus 🎓)
- Bonus: experience in banking, insurance, or FMCG
Customer Strategists help organizations identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges across all areas of the business in the digital era. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take an active role in client delivery—working closely with experienced managers while also supervising and developing junior team members 💼

- Create impactful client materials and leverage your Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills to support key decision-making
- Present findings and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders, while identifying follow-on opportunities—strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential 🗣️
- Collaborate across functions within Deloitte and client organizations, working with strategy, technology, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions 🌐
