🎯 What we expect from you:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security management, or security strategy, including knowledge of cyber regulations (DORA, NIS2, AI Act).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver cybersecurity initiatives, managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of security projects.
  • Proven technical expertise in various IT security domains (e.g., cloud security, SDLC, network security, identity and access management, system security).
  • Experience in conducting IT security assessments and leading projects across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, with proven interpersonal skills and relationship-building experience.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, with a focus on understanding cyber risks to business processes and technology.
  • One of Key certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001/22301) would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and residency in EU.

Your future role
  • Managing projects in strategy, governance, and transformation, both locally and in international team settings.
  • Identifying client challenges and expectations.
  • Building and leading a team, providing guidance and serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Developing and executing cybersecurity strategies, engaging with clients to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Leading client workshops and discussions, assessing their current state and defining strategies for cyber improvement.
  • Presenting project results to clients, including C-Level stakeholders, and manage engagement quality, risk, and economics.
  • Developing market-oriented services and represent Deloitte at industry events to strengthen market presence.

About the team
The Cyber Strategy team at Deloitte helps organizations develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to address emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements. We work closely with clients to assess their current security posture, design tailored cyber risk management frameworks, and align their cybersecurity efforts with business objectives. Our team provides strategic guidance on areas such as governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response, helping clients navigate complex cyber challenges while safeguarding their critical assets and maintaining regulatory compliance.
