🎯 What do we expect from you? 🎯

5+ years of professional consulting experience and deep understanding of the Data engineering / data management / data platform projects
Strong communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, shape our offering, proposals and then delivery the solutions to our clients
Experience working in cloud data environments; familiarity with big data, data lake, and data warehousing concepts and technologies (Spark, Kafka, Databricks, and Snowflake) is a plus
Understanding of the big picture of AI & Data transformations – not only from a technical perspective, but also business impact and required change management to ensure success of our AI & Data programs
Team leadership – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team (data architects, data engineers, business consultants & more)
Language skills: English (required), German, Polish, and Czech languages are an advantage
EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU

Your future role

As a Data Modernization & Analytics Offering Lead, you will spearhead complex data transformation projects, driving innovation and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives from leading companies in Central Europe, offering strategic guidance on leveraging data transformations and data analytics to drive business outcomes and gain competitive advantage
Business Development: Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for data transformation / data analytics solutions, crafting compelling proposals, and developing and nurturing client relationships
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments within AI & Data. Publish thought leadership content, speak at industry events, and be a subject matter expert
Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of data modernization projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Central European AI & Data team professionals and Alliance Partners, and other practices (e.g., Risk Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Technology)
Knowledge: Be a deep Subject Matter Expert for specific AI & Data topics such as: Data Modernization, Cloud Migration, Data Warehouse and Data Platform related AI & Data topics
Continuous development & growth: Career and professional development through various trainings and certifications
