Depending on your background, the role may lean more toward project / delivery leadership, technical solution shaping, or a combination of bothWe are looking for someone who understands both the business value of modern data platforms and the practical realities of delivering data transformation projects.

You are a good fit if you have:

Experience in business development, consulting, pre-sales or client-facing delivery within data platforms, analytics, cloud or technology transformation.
Good understanding of Snowflake and/or Databricks, including typical use cases, architecture concepts and business value drivers.
Experience with data platform modernization or migration projects, such as legacy DWH migration, lakehouse implementation, cloud migration or re-platforming.
Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders, translating client needs into clear solution ideas and delivery approaches.
Experience shaping proposals, leading workshops or supporting complex client discussions.
Confidence working in a multi-country environment, with different teams, stakeholders and priorities.
Strong communication, ownership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU

Nice to have:

Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or SAP data environments, including SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere or SAP integrations.
Knowledge of related data topics, such as data governance, data quality, data architecture or platform operating models.
Experience working with technology vendors or alliance partners.
Existing network in the Central European data, cloud or technology ecosystem.
Exposure to AI-ready data platforms, analytics transformation or broader data strategy initiatives.

Your future role

As a Data Platforms Manager, you will help build and grow Deloitte’s regional data platform business around Snowflake, Databricks and data modernization.

You will:

Lead or support client conversations focused on data platform challenges, migration opportunities and transformation goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities together with Deloitte teams, alliance partners and client stakeholders.
Shape proposals, solution concepts and transformation roadmaps that clearly connect business needs with technology solutions.
Run or support discovery sessions and client workshops, helping clients define priorities, scope and expected value.
Support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring that commitments made during the sales process are realistic and aligned with project execution.
Work with multi-country Deloitte teams to develop regional opportunities, go-to-market initiatives and account expansion plans.
Manage pipeline activities and follow-ups in a structured way, keeping focus on prioritization, forecasting and conversion.
