Who we are looking for
💡Our clients across Central Europe are investing in AI not for experimentation—but for measurable business outcomes. As a Data Science Manager, you’ll lead high-impact AI/ML transformation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and work directly with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions that matter.



🔎 What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise AI strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects with measurable business impact.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating needs into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery quality in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • EU work permit and willingness to travel within the region. 
Nice to have:
  • Strong technical foundation in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, or responsible AI frameworks.
  • Understanding of enterprise data platforms and architecture. 
Your future role
  • Lead AI/ML transformation projects from strategy to deployment, ensuring business value is delivered at every stage.
  • Manage and mentor data science teams, providing direction, structure, and support across engagements.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, shape solutions, and communicate impact clearly.
  • Design and validate operating models for AI teams, including governance, roles, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure quality and accountability in model development, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive adoption by simplifying technical concepts and aligning solutions with business priorities.

Interview Process
  • Introductory Call with HR – A short conversation to understand your background, motivation, and expectations.
  • Interview with Hiring Manager/Director – A deep dive into your leadership experience, delivery mindset, and business thinking. Includes a short business case.
  • Homework & Review – Based on your profile we may ask you to complete a simple homework or provide your GitHub repos. We’ll review your solution and discuss your approach.
  • Interview with one of our Partners – Depending on the course of our discussion you will meet one of our Deloitte CE partners to discuss your experience and visions.
