Who we are looking for



We are looking for an experienced Digital Architect to join our international Deloitte Digital team.

You will work with global clients, shaping and delivering end-to-end digital solutions that bring together web, mobile, CMS, and MarTech ecosystems.

This is a hands-on architecture role - you’ll combine technical leadership with delivery ownership. You’ll be the person who can look at a challenge, design the architecture, choose the right stack, build the team, and drive the implementation.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development (Web ecosystem preferred).
  • 3+ years in architectural or technical leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of composable digital architectures (headless, API-first, micro-services, BFF) and cloud-native deployment patterns.
  • Experience with CMS (e.g. Contentful, Storyblok, AEM) and eCommerce (e.g. Shopify).
  • Solid knowledge of Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Angular).
  • Strong communication skills – ability to interact with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and personalization platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in presales for enterprise digital initiatives – technical scoping, client workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Understanding of delivery economics – effort estimation, scope modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on architect who can balance long-term vision with pragmatic implementation, turning ideas into working digital products.

The ideal candidate values scalable, maintainable solutions and collaborates effectively across design, business, and engineering teams in complex, fast-paced environments.


Your future role

As a Digital Architect, you will:

  • Design and lead implementation of composable digital architectures (CMS, DAM, PIM, eCommerce, SEO, MarTech), acting as solution owner from discovery to delivery, and providing architectural oversight across multiple initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with Deloitte reference models.
  • Integrate automation and personalization capabilities into digital ecosystems (workflow automation, content personalization, analytics).
  • Collaborate with strategic stakeholders, project managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align technology with business outcomes, and lead presales activities for complex multi-platform initiatives – technical scoping, estimations, PoCs, and client workshops.
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers across multiple teams and contribute to Deloitte's engineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Group Leaders on technology strategy, practice development, and shaping long-term capability roadmap across teams.
