Who we are looking for

If you are a self-driven person who thrives in an evolving digital landscape, enjoys hands-on experimentation, and is comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders to shape how content is discovered by search engines and AI systems, this role is for you.

What you should bring:

  • A solid understanding of how content, web platforms, and search systems work together, including SEO fundamentals and emerging Answer Engine / AI-driven discovery concepts
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, web analytics, and SEO tools, with the ability to extract insights and identify opportunities — and explain them clearly to stakeholders
  • Practical experience or strong curiosity in using LLMs and AI tooling for content or search-related use cases
  • Experience building prototypes or utilities (including no-code / low-code) using automation, scripting, or AI-based tools relevant to content and SEO
  • A consulting mindset: proactive, structured, comfortable facilitating discussions, testing ideas, and guiding decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work across technology, content, marketing, and strategy teams — internally and client-side
  • Confidence translating technical experiments into clear recommendations, business implications, and next steps
Your future role

As a Digital Content, Search & AI Consultant, you will:

  • Support content, search, and AI advisory engagements by contributing to client workshops, audits, research, experimentation, and performance analysis
  • Execute structured audits across content quality, structure, taxonomy, metadata, and SEO health, using tools such as GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Adobe Analytics
  • Work with content strategists and client teams to turn findings into opportunity maps, roadmaps, and prioritised improvements
  • Prototype and test solutions to streamline content operations, SEO/AEO workflows, reporting, and enrichment
  • Build AI‑enhanced utilities or accelerators for tasks such as auto-tagging, clustering, migration mapping, content or SEO scoring, and metadata quality checks
  • Help clients understand and improve how their content performs in traditional search and AI-generated answers
  • Facilitate discussions and clearly communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and outcomes to non-technical and senior stakeholders
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies across content, search, AI, and automation, and propose ideas worth piloting with clients
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and innovation initiatives within the team
