Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

What are we looking for:
  • at least 3 years of experience in Controlling or Finance department
  • strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and clearly explain complex information to support decision-making
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, accurate results
  • proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on mindset with a strong drive to get things done and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a strong advantage
  • fluent English is required; Polish is a nice to have, but not a must
  • CIMA or ACCA certification in progress is a plus
Your future role
As a Financial Controller in our team you will report to Controlling Senior Manager in Consulting Department and work closely with Managing Partners, creating an impact by providing high value adding analysis.

You will be involved in the following areas:
  • developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • monitoring and analyzing KPIs, identifying trends and explaining causes of unexpected variances
  • planning and forecasting, including monthly actual vs. plan analysis across business units
  • controlling the financial management of contracts and projects
  • developing analytical and reporting tools and preparing management reports
  • driving continuous process improvements, standardization, and automation of financial outputs
  • cooperating closely with Partners, Managers, HR, and other stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives
