Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate/Junior Technology Transformation Consultant with German to join our international team. The role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills who enjoys coordinating between technical and business stakeholders, maintaining process efficiency, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in business operations, IT coordination, or analytical/project support roles (internships also count)
  • Understanding of incident and change management principles, KPI tracking, and process documentation
  • Excellent coordination, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach with attention to detail
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Readiness to learn internal systems and reporting tools (previous experience with BI tools will be an advantage)
Your future role
You will work in a cross-functional environment, ensuring efficient collaboration between business users, internal IT, and external vendors. Your focus will be on monitoring process performance, coordinating issue resolution, and continuously improving communication and reporting standards.

Your daily activities may include:

  • Monitoring daily operations and ensuring process continuity across systems and teams
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance and incident KPIs to management
  • Coordinating and following up on open issues or incidents with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing summaries, process descriptions/workflows, and improvement proposals
  • Ensuring consistent and transparent communication between departments and maintaining structured documentation

  • 2 step - 1h Online Interview via Teams in English and German
