Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 3 months of experience working with GenAI tools.
  • Knowledge and some experience in GenAI or other AI domains.
  • Prior experience in a data-driven consulting or advisory role is an advantage.
  • Prior business experience in financial services, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, shared services or in-house strategy is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate and demonstrate technology solutions to client stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems, form independent opinions, and remain open to different perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Polish.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills (knowledge of additional analytical tools is a plus).
  • EU Permit

Your future role
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying use cases, conducting multi-level workshops, performing deep-dive assessments, designing scalable solutions, and driving change to enhance adoption of GenAI, innovation, value, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and technology teams to formulate and define the organizational AI/GenAI strategy.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of existing processes, policies, and business procedures.
  • Ensure solutions and strategic roadmaps comply with legal and regulatory standards. 
  • Develop the expertise to measure and monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and conduct quality and maturity assessments.
  • Act as a GenAI advisor, leading essential change and upskilling initiatives to expedite adoption. Ensure the GenAI strategy is developed for scalability.
  • Prepare materials to achieve project objectives, including gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Present your insights to team members and client stakeholders, assisting in the implementation of recommendations.
