Who we are looking for
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator/Assistant/Coordinator or relevant role (3-4 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences, Philosophy (psychology, andragogy), Law, or Business Administration
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications – Word and Excel)
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills, both in Serbian and English
- Ability to diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for employee problems
- Ability to understand the Deloitte business and follow sector and market trends and regulatory changes
- Team-player attitude and, last but not least, a good sense of humor :)
Your future role
In your role as an HR Operations Specialist in the Human Resources department, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key.
Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Respond to day-to-day business queries related to policies and procedures
- Preparing HR documents and maintaining employee records
- Maintaining job systematization, rulebook, and job description database
- Prepare job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources
- Employee registration and deregistration on the CROSO mandatory insurance portal and the supplementary health insurance provider
- Organizing mandatory health and safety trainings for new hires in cooperation with external vendors
- Assisting with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken
