Who we are looking for
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS teams);
  • Very good level of English; German language skills would be an asset
  • Excellent personal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrate a willingness to own/solve problems as they arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral;
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • Diverse HR expertise;
  • Ability to support senior leadership;
  • Experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • A person with relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • An individual with proven discretion in handling highly sensitive information.

Your future role
As a member of the Partner Matters Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Partner Matters services to the Swiss business. This involves close collaboration with both the Swiss-based People & Purpose (P&P) team and the central Partner Services team in the UK, reporting directly to the Partner Matters Team in Switzerland. You will assist in managing the full lifecycle of our partners' careers, from pipeline planning, recruitment, and onboarding, through to personal development, performance management, benefits administration, and transitions to new opportunities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving incoming queries via the team inbox;
  • Preparing presentations, detailed reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets, statistics, and analytics;
  • Maintaining and organising content within SharePoint and MS Teams folders;
  • Coordinating and executing events, meetings, and professional development programmes;
  • Gathering and managing essential documentation;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate updates across various internal systems and the intranet;
  • Supporting vendor management activities, including the preparation of statements of work for new suppliers.
