Description & Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, HR transformation, or a fast-paced, dynamic HR environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering HR transformation projects or in HR functional areas, such as:
- HR operations, shared services, and service delivery transformation
- HR technology implementation and digital HR solutions
- Process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence
- Talent management and workforce planning
- Problem solving & judgement: strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement in complex, ambiguous situations
- Analytical mindset: strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Project & change leadership: demonstrated experience and knowledge of project management, change management, and agile principles, methodologies, and tools
- Collaboration & project delivery: ability to work collaboratively with project teams to deliver high quality work and manage against tight deadlines
- Client & stakeholder management: experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Business development acumen: ability to actively contribute to the development of the Human Capital business, supporting proposals, identifying opportunities in existing and new clients and building Human Capital’s internal brand
- HR technology knowledge: HR technology market knowledge with familiarity in leading HR technologies and digital solutions (e.g., HRIS, talent management platforms, analytics tools)
- Understanding of AI and its application in HR service delivery
- Experience with data analytics and workforce insights
- Knowledge of emerging HR trends
- Experience working across multiple sectors or geographies
- Contributing to the delivery of complex HR projects and programmes (e.g. HR operating model transformation, HR service delivery optimisation, shared services implementation), supporting governance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration
- Engaging with HR, business, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Assisting with project management activities to help ensure project delivery against agreed outcomes
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to build capability and promote effective teamwork
- Supporting transformation initiatives that integrate people, processes, and technology
