Who we are looking for

We are seeking motivated professionals who meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: a graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree) from a leading university, specializing in Information Technology (IT), Business Informatics, or another technical discipline.
  • Professional Experience: up to 3 years of relevant work experience in IT, business technology, or related fields.
  • Visual communication skills: proficient in creating clear and engaging visual representations of facts and architectures, with practical expertise in tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, Google Slides, Miro, or similar software.
  • Problem-solving abilities: a logical thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying and addressing IT-related challenges.
  • IT process knowledge: a keen focus on understanding IT processes and their impact on shaping business outcomes.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Polish: native or minimum C2 level.
    • English: minimum B2 level.

Candidates with the following qualifications and experiences will be strongly preferred:

  • Industry experience: already gained experience in areas such as IT strategy, IT transformations, and IT M&A, especially within a consulting environment (Big4, MBB, or other leading consulting firms). Other IT-related positions and companies will be also noted.
  • Academic involvement: experience gained through studying abroad, including scholarships or exchange programs. Active involvement in student organizations or similar extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Financial acumen: familiarity with financials and accounting, or possession of an additional university degree/postgraduate certification in related fields.
  • Advanced tool proficiency: practical expertise in using tools such as Miro, BPMN, and UML notation systems.
  • Certifications: relevant certifications showcasing expertise in project management, process management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or other IT-related domains.

Your future role

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop strategic solutions: drive the design and implementation of IT strategies, operating models, and process assessments aimed at improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct evaluations: assess companies' IT strategies, systems, business applications, organizational structures, IT infrastructures, security practices, and internal processes.
  • Support M&A processes: provide guidance during the M&A lifecycle with a focus on the pre-deal phase, including IT Due Diligence, Technology/Software Due Diligence, Vendor Support, and Synergy Assessments.
  • Advise IT Leaders: support team in collaboration with top IT executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors) across diverse industries and global geographies.
  • Provide tailored recommendations: offer bespoke advisory services and develop risk mitigation strategies tailored to transaction-specific needs.
  • Collaborate across functions: work closely with multidisciplinary teams from enterprise architecture, human resources, finance, and commercial projects to ensure seamless project execution and deliver impactful outcomes.

Selection process

I stage – we will carefully read your resume

II stage – you will be asked to complete an analytical and English online test (optional)

III stage – you will be invited for HR interview

IV stage – you will be invited for Hiring Manager interview (interview contains case study)

V stage – you will be invited for Partner interview (final round)

Stages: III - V can be conducted partially in English.
