Requirements:

We’re looking for fresh graduates or final-year students who are driven and eager to grow. Here’s what makes a great fit for this role:


  • Availability to work at least 32 hours per week
  • A degree (completed or in progress) in Quantitative Sciences (e.g., Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, IT) or Finance/Banking/Insurance.
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Curiosity and eagerness to take on challenging responsibilities right from the start.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with analytical tools or programming languages (e.g. SQL or Python)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies or processes.
  • A general knowledge of finance, financial mathematics, or econometrics, paired with critical and analytical thinking.
  • Adaptability and readiness to thrive in a dynamic environment.


Nice-to-Have skills:

While these are not required, we’d love to see:

  • Professional experience in risk area (e.g. banks, insurance, consulting, or financing institutions)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools
  • Knowledge of the German language


Your future role

As a part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in risk regulatory software implementation projects (IFRS 9/17) for foreign banks and financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing deliverables such as functional specifications, data models, and algorithms in Microsoft Excel.
  • Leveraging analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or AI-driven solutions) to perform data analysis and solve real-world problems.
  • Testing software functionality to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conducting research and preparing insights on local regulations or client-specific topics.
  • Analyzing client data, interpreting results, and providing actionable insights.
  • Creating impactful presentations for client and internal meetings.

All tasks will be executed with support and guidance of experienced colleagues, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship you need to excel and grow.

Finevare is a comprehensive software solution to support banks in IFRS compliance and credit risk evaluation process. It is mostly dedicated to calculate provisions for financial assets and recognize interest revenue under IFRS and local accounting standards.

Finevare Team is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Finevare solution.
