Who we are looking for
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the world of international finance? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We are looking for motivated university students to join our newly established teams in the finance department. You will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two core financial streams: PTP (Purchasing & Payments) or OTC (Sales & Receivables).

Who we are looking for
  • Current Slovak University student (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Management).
  • English proficiency (B2 level or higher) – you will use it daily for communication and system work and another language is preferred.
  • Attention to detail – you understand that accuracy is critical in finance.
  • Basic Excel skills – familiarity with functions like VLOOKUP or Pivot Tables is a great advantage.
  • Reliability and proactivity – we value students who take ownership of their tasks and are eager to learn.
  • Valid work permit

Your future role
If you join the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) team:
  • Support the Accounts Payable team with processing vendor invoices in the system (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
  • Perform "3-way matching" (verifying that the invoice, purchase order, and delivery note all match).
  • Communicate with international suppliers regarding payment status or missing information.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and administrative tasks.
If you join the OTC (Order-to-Cash) team:
  • Become a key member of the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Perform cash application – matching incoming payments from customers with open invoices.
  • Support the billing process and monitor timely payments from clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and customers to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
