🎯 Ideal Candidate – You Might Be…

Scenario 1 – High-Potential Student

• Undergraduate or recent graduate aiming for top-tier Master’s programs or a future role at Deloitte

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Basic Python for finance or business analytics

• Solid grounding in finance/accounting – coursework or projects

• Passionate about tech, automation, and building cool things

• Curious, well-organized, and detail-oriented – enjoys digging into repetitive tasks

• Ambitious and proactive – not afraid to try and fail

Scenario 2 – Tech-Savvy Finance Mind

• Already has some internship or freelance experience

• Strong Python skills – understands dictionaries, data-classes, and advanced data manipulation

• Familiar with Pandas, NumPy, Openpyxl (required)

• Bonus: Knows some VBA, JSON, or Excel automation

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Logical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and workflow debugging

• Finance/accounting knowledge appreciated but not mandatory

• Constantly learning and experimenting with new tools and trends

• Highly self-managed and motivated

Your future role

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Support the design and implementation of intelligent automations across financial due diligence workflows

• Collaborate with deal teams to reverse-engineer existing processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Assist in developing tools using Python, with exposure to libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Openpyxl, and even generative AI

• Dive into data structures, workflow mapping, and system documentation

• Stay on the pulse of emerging technologies and evaluate how they can enhance our toolkit

• Help the team stay organized by supporting user feedback reviews, test documentation, and admin tasks
