Who we are looking for

Deloitte's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is looking for a skilled Analyst in Warsaw to support its growing business in Poland and across the Central European region. The successful candidate will contribute to end-to-end CLM software implementations, bridging the gap between design, technical teams, and clients, while leveraging their problem-solving and project management skills in a dynamic and inclusive environment.


What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT, economics, finance, business, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within Deloitte.
  • Problem-solving mindset with creativity, flexibility, and curiosity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to travel and work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams.

Additional advantages would be:

  • Previous software or CLM tools implementation experience
  • Agile and Scrum certifications
  • Proficiency in other foreign languages (preferably German).

Your future role
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management software.
  • Make sure the CLM implementation methodology is followed, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
  • Collect client requirements for CLM software functionalities and implement them within CLM tools.
  • Use your strong project planning, analytical, issue identification, and problem-solving skill to support the project workflow.
  • Make documentation of all recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, along with test scripts and results.
  • Act as a bridge between design team, technical team and the client in resolving issues, tools configuration and customizations.
  • Support CLM tools’ end-users by providing training, workshops, and guidance on system capabilities.
  • Support Program / Project Manager in meeting project milestones and managing dependencies during CLM projects.

Selection process
Stage 1 - will carefully read your resume. 
Stage 2 - you will be asked to complete an online test (~50min). 
Stage 3 - you will be invited for HR interview (online). 
Stage 4 - you will be invited for Hiring Manager interview (including case study) (online). 
Stage 5  - Welcome on board!
