Who we are looking for
We're Hiring: Java Spring Boot Developer (AI-Driven Products)

Join a forward-thinking engineering team building next-generation digital assistants and AI-powered features that support global Business AI initiatives. 
  • ✔️ Strong experience with Java Spring Boot
  • ✔️ Understanding of event-based communication (Kafka)
  • ✔️ Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure, linting, testing tools)
  • ✔️ Experience delivering clean, testable, maintainable code
✨ Nice-to-Haves
  • ➕ JavaScript knowledge
  • ➕ Understanding of AI/ML, especially GenAI and LLM concepts
  • ➕ UX/UI sensibility or design awareness
  • ➕ Advanced Kafka knowledge
Your future role
You will play a key part in the development lifecycle of a digital assistant platform, turning Figma mockups and Jira requirements into high-quality, production-ready features. Your daily work will include:
  • Designing, coding, and testing new product features based on provided mockups and specifications.
  • 🔍 Maintaining high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and modern engineering best practices.
  • ⚙️ Developing maintainable applications using Java Spring Boot and event-driven communication (Apache Kafka).
  • 🛠️ Contributing to system architecture and evolution of the tech stack.
  • 🚦 Ensuring application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • 🔁 Reviewing pull requests and providing constructive technical feedback.
  • ? Following clean code and testdriven development principles.
  • 🚚 Embracing a DevOps mindset by managing CI/CD pipelines and toolchains (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
