You'd be a great fit if you

• Have a Master’s degree, are in your final year of university, or recently graduated
• Have some accounting knowledge (this is a plus, not a must)
• Have relevant experience through internships, summer jobs, or student work (also a plus)
• Feel confident using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Speak and write both Croatian and English fluently
• Know another foreign language - that’s a bonus
• Are open to occasional travel

• Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Can manage deadlines and stay on top of tasks
• Works well independently, but also enjoys being part of a team
• Is motivated to keep learning and investing in their own development
• Brings a responsible, proactive, and structured approach to work

Our selection process has three steps:

• Online test – focused on analytical thinking, business-related skills, and practical competencies
