Who we are looking for
Why this role matters

We’re expanding our AI & Data engineering team delivering end-to-end AI transformation projects for large enterprises across Central Europe. This is not a theoretical role — in the end, you will build real systems, deploy real ML/LLM pipelines, and help clients adopt modern AI platforms. You’ll work with Azure, Databricks, MLOps/LLMOps frameworks, and maybe with AWS or GCP too. Doesn’t matter you do not have everything on 100%. If you are sharp, fast learner and want to grow, this role is for you. Come to learn from senior team-members, and work on projects that matter..

What you’ll eventually do

Data & AI Delivery

· Build and maintain data pipelines on Azure/AWS and Databricks
· Support ML/AI model training, evaluation, and deployment
· Contribute to MLOps / LLMOps pipelines (CI/CD, model monitoring, feature stores)

Engineering & Platform Work

· Implement scalable data transformations using Python, SQL, Spark
· Integrate data from enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party sources
· Work with multiple cloud platforms (Azure primarily, AWS or GCP when needed)

AI/ML Support

· Prepare training datasets, feature engineering, and experiment automation
· Support senior data scientists with model implementation and deployment
· Help operationalize LLM-based solutions (retrieval pipelines, prompt flows, vector stores)

Team & Client Collaboration

· Work with senior engineers, architects, and consultants that will help you deliver
· Participate in technical discussions and solution design
· Explain your work in a simple way to non-technical stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

A motivated early-career engineer who wants to grow quickly in cloud data engineering + AI delivery.

Required
· 1–4 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or ML-focused role with Understanding of the ML lifecycle (training → evaluation → deployment) Solid Python skills (data processing, notebooks, APIs)
· Hands-on experience with Databricks (must) – notebooks, Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow
· Experience with Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure ML, Azure Functions etc.). Experience with an additional cloud is a plus (AWS or GCP).
· Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and Strong English

Nice to have
· Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
· Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps practices
· Knowledge of data architecture patterns (lakehouse, medallion model)
· Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
· Interest in Generative AI and real-world LLM applications
