Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provides taxation, immigration & social security advice to multinational companies and their global employees. We have established in 2017 a Regional Delivery Centre in Bucharest to provide invaluable support to client facing professionals throughout Europe (currently supports 13 European Deloitte Member firms in managing these accounts). By centralizing standard processes and administrative support we are seeking to drive process change and efficient working across the practice.

We are looking for a junior and motivated Product Developer to grow our Product Development team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, develop foundational technical skills, and explore different areas of automation, reporting, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions. We are looking for potential, curiosity, and the ability to build capability over time.

The Product Development team supports our delivery center and Member Firms by developing and improving solutions across areas such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, Salesforce, Nintex, C#, SQL, process documentation, dashboards, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot capabilities. The new joiner will not be limited to one technology area and will be encouraged to explore different tools and project types based on business needs and personal development.

·       Support the development and improvement of technical solutions across reporting, automation, data preparation, workflow optimization, and process documentation.

·       Have knowledge on at one of the technologies listed here: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, Salesforce, VBA, Nintex, C#, SQL, and Microsoft Copilot

·       Be open to improve your knowledge and develop it further in at least one of the technologies mentioned, i.e. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, Salesforce, VBA, Nintex, C#, SQL, and Microsoft Copilot, depending on project needs.

·       Contribute to the exploration and development of AI agent use cases, including agents built or supported through Microsoft Copilot and related automation capabilities.

·       Assist senior developers and business analysts by gathering inputs, preparing documentation, testing solutions, and supporting the delivery of well-defined project tasks.

·       Prepare clear and thorough documentation for system modifications, enhancements, process flows, testing outcomes, and user guidance.

·       Support dashboard and report development where required, including data preparation, validation, visualization, and maintenance of data quality.

·       Maintain proactive communication with team members, project leads, and stakeholders by providing status updates, raising risks early, and asking for guidance where needed.

·       Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and feedback moments to continuously build technical and professional capability.
