🎯We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Project Manager (PMO Support) to join our SAP team in Poznań. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with initial experience to gain hands-on exposure to a large-scale, multinational SAP implementation project.


You will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across international teams.


💼What you bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, IT projects, or a similar role
  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Language: Strong English skills (minimum B2+, preferably C1/C2). Must be native polish speaker
  • Basic understanding or exposure to IT and/or SAP environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment

Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous exposure to SAP projects or enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Based in Poznań

Your future role
  • Support the PMO team in daily project coordination activities
  • Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Organize meetings, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain and update project data in tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Assist with risk, issue, and change tracking
  • Support administrative and operational project tasks
