👉 We're looking for a proactive individual to join our L&D team. You should have some experience in people development and enjoy a diverse range of tasks – from organizing workshops to leading them. 

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is truly passionate about developing people and eager to participate in exciting projects and in providing the best employee Learning Experience at Deloitte.

👀 What are we looking for?
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in L&D or other related personal/employee development areas.
  • Education in andragogy or psychology is a plus.
  • An active learning approach to keep up with the trends of adult learning.
  • You are unfazed by administrative tasks and handle them efficiently alongside other responsibilities.
  • You're capable of communicating with different types of people, utilizing your excellent communication skills.
  • You approach work with a client-focused mindset and aim can be a valuable partner in discussions about development.
  • You are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint, AI and other modern tools. 
  • Proactive problem-solving approach finding solutions via critical thinking and creative designing out of the box.
  • Strong self-management skills such as fluency in time management and prioritization based on business strategy needs, autonomy in delegated tasks, and proven project management approach with focus on details while not losing the overview of the timeline and the stakeholder management.
  • You have excellent communication skills of both Czech and English languages.
  • Agile approach towards dynamic change management and adaptability as no day is the same as the last one.
Your future role
  • Coordination and delivery of internal and external trainings from A to Z (monitoring the training budget, data management and reporting, managing local contracting processes for suppliers, local invoice processing, learning apps, administration of training portfolio, supporting other facilitators etc.).
  • Designing, implementing and facilitating selected training sessions both in-person and online (in English or Czech/Slovak languages) based on your expertise (e.g., feedback, goal setting, communication, presentation skills etc.).
  • Identification of individual and team development needs and designing tailored solutions.
  • Administrative management for internal business trainers and supporting their further development.
  • Actively contributing to the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their smooth integration.
  • Supporting senior facilitators who are also going to mentor you on your L&D journey.
  • Collaboration on diverse projects based on agreed L&D strategy.
  • Overseeing the proper promotion of individual training sessions, contributing to the creation of communication strategies for development opportunities.
  • Close cooperation with HR business partners and colleagues across the CE region.
