Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in Law.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a law firm or corporate legal department, with significant experience in M&A deals, legal due diligence as well corporate law.
• Experience with labor law and / or GDPR is an advantage.

Skills:
• Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, task-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with public and private sector stakeholders.

Your future role
• Participate in M&A transactions, assist with legal due diligence processes and handle complex corporate law tasks.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and labor law and / or GDPR issues, addressing the day-to-day operations of companies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
• Engage with large national and international clients.
