Who we are looking for

Your future role: 

We are looking for a Manager to join our Debt & Capital Advisory team, with a focus on commercial real estate, combining strong transactional and technical expertise with a commercial, client-facing and business development mindset.  

In this role, you will not only lead complex transaction processes but also play an active part in building client relationships, originating opportunities, leading end-to-end transaction processes, and contributing to the growth of the practice. 

Who we are looking for: 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executing commercial real estate transactions, with a preference on securing debt financing; 
  • Previous professional experience in structured finance teams in banks, capital markets teams in real estate advisory firms or real estate investors would be much appreciated; 
  • Advanced analytical skills with deep expertise on debt structuring and financial modelling
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills; 
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with demonstrated involvement in business development, supported by strong commercial acumen and deal-oriented thinking; 
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with confidence in leading discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders and decision-makers; 
  • Experience in leading or mentoring team members, coordinating project workstreams, and contributing to high-performing team environment; 
  • High level of drive, ownership, and ambition to succeed in a competitive, client-driven environment; 
  • Good understanding of banking documentation and legal structuring of debt finance (preferably practical experience in LMA); 
  • Proficiency in Polish and English

Your future role
Key responsibilities will include: 
  • Leading end-to-end transaction processes across commercial real estate projects; 
  • Managing client relationships and actively contributing to business development efforts, including opportunities origination and pitch preparations; 
  • Overseeing marketing materials preparation (including teaser and information memorandum preparation), debt structuring (including term sheets preparation), financial modelling (including cash flow analysis and debt sizing); 
  • Active participation in negotiations of transaction documentation alongside legal advisors; 
  • Managing project teams, mentoring junior members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

We are often involved in securing new debt financing for M&A, investment plans, Project Finance projects, shareholder buyouts but also different trade and liquidity debt financing products. On top, our transactions are usually connected with refinancing of the existing debt structures to optimize financing structure or decrease funding costs. We are also involved in restructuring situation which involve debt restructuring or arranging bridge or liquidity financing.
