🎯 What we expect from you

  • 6–10+ years of experience in:
    • Account Management / Client Relationship Management
    • Project or Program Management
  • Experience working with German clients or within the German market
  • Understanding of technology-enabled transformation environments (e.g. ERP systems, SAP, Cloud environments)
  • Experience in complex delivery environments (consulting or large organizations)
  • Familiarity with public sector and procurement-based projects is a strong asset
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, international environment
  • Proven ability to combine commercial mindset with delivery responsibility

Your future role

In this role, you will take responsibility for key relationships with major public sector institutions in Germany and play a meaningful part in shaping their transformation programs. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, the visibility to influence outcomes, and the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders on both the client and Deloitte side.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading relationships with important public sector clients in Germany and acting as a trusted advisor to their leadership teams.

  • Guiding teams delivering projects for public institutions and ensuring the quality of all work.

  • Managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including commercial discussions, delivery oversight, and financial monitoring.

  • Coordinating cooperation between teams in Poland and Germany and ensuring consistency across all activities.

  • Running account governance activities, including regular reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Addressing operational and organizational challenges and ensuring smooth collaboration across all parties.

  • Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting long-term growth.

  • Planning resources and ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately.

  • Representing Deloitte in discussions with clients and building long-term partnerships based on trust and transparency.
