Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Manager to join our Human Capital consulting team, with a focus on organization design, workforce transformation, and people-led change initiatives.

The role is delivery-oriented and hands-on, combining analytical rigor, structured project management, and client-facing leadership. You will manage complex workstreams, coordinate teams, and translate conceptual frameworks into clear, data-driven, and well-structured outputs for senior client stakeholders. This role is well suited for an experienced consultant ready to take full ownership of project delivery and team coordination, while continuing to deepen expertise in organization and workforce transformation.

  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting or in a comparable transformation role
  • Strong exposure to organization design, workforce transformation, HR transformation, or change initiatives
  • Proven experience managing projects or complex workstreams
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, in particular:

-        Advanced Excel (data analysis, modelling, structuring)

-        PowerPoint (clear, executive-level storytelling)

  • Strong project management discipline, including:

o   Task and role allocation

o   Risk management and issue tracking

o   Delivery planning and follow-up


Your future role
Organization & Workforce Transformation Delivery

  • Lead and deliver organization and workforce transformation workstreams, including:
    • Organisation design and role clarification
    • Workforce strategy and workforce planning
    • HR / People Target Operating Models
    • Change management and implementation planning
  • Translate strategic and diagnostic insights into practical, implementable recommendations
  • Structure complex problem statements into clear analyses, narratives, and executive-ready materials
  • Support senior client stakeholders (HR leadership, business leaders) through structured, evidence-based advice

Project Management & Team Coordination

  • Act as project or workstream manager, with responsibility for:

-        Task and deliverable planning

-        Role allocation within the project team

-        Risk identification, mitigation, and escalation

-        Progress tracking and issue resolution

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables

Analytical & Content Development Excellence

  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including:

-        Analytical models and data analyses (Excel)

-        Structured presentations and executive decks (PowerPoint)

-        Clear frameworks, summaries, and decision documents

  • Work confidently with quantitative and qualitative data to support workforce and organisational insights
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, structure, and logical flow in all outputs

Client Interaction & Practice Contribution

  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams
  • Contribute to proposals and project scoping under guidance
  • Share knowledge and contribute to internal methodologies and tools
  • Coach and support junior team members in structured problem-solving and delivery standards
