Whether you already have experience with marketing automation platforms or come from the broader Salesforce ecosystem and are interested in developing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- You have 1–3 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, or Marketing Cloud) and you are interested in developing your expertise in customer engagement, marketing technology, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You are interested in marketing, customer experience, and AI-powered engagement, and you understand how to translate business and customer needs into actionable recommendations that improve metrics such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- You are comfortable working in a project environment – organizing your own tasks, collaborating with team members, and supporting the successful delivery of project milestones.
- You are open to contributing to client-facing activities, including preparing presentations, supporting demos, and helping shape proposals and solution concepts.
- You are not expected to be a developer, but you have a basic understanding of HTML for email and are open to working with simple personalization logic (e.g., AMPscript or Liquid) in collaboration with technical teams.
- You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology – gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and explaining solutions in a clear and structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Creatio will be an advantage, especially when connecting marketing activities with sales and service processes.
- If you already have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce technologies and are looking to build a career in Marketing Cloud Next and modern MarTech solutions, we strongly encourage you to apply.
- You communicate confidently in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Braze certifications, or other MarTech / AI-related credentials will be considered a plus.
