Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
As a member of our marketing team, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging marketing activities.
Your role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and will be instrumental in managing our social media presence, organizing client-facing events and ensuring seamless internal communication.

We are looking for you if you have:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing generalist or assistant role, preferably within an international setting;
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of Latvian and English languages;
  • Design Skills: Keen sense of visual design principles; proficiency with tools like Canva and CapCut is advantageous;
  • Personal Attributes: Supportive, friendly with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.
Your future role
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage captivating content for our social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, to engage our audience and enhance visibility;
  • Visual Design: Create professionally designed visual materials, including presentations and one-pagers, to support marketing campaigns and business initiatives;
  • Internal Communication: Oversee internal communication channels ensuring timely updates through emails, MS Teams, and informational posters;
  • Web & Intranet Management: Maintain up-to-date information on our external web page as well as the intranet to ensure current and consistent messaging;
  • Organizing Events: Plan and execute client events of various scales, both inside and outside the office, ensuring memorable experiences and effective brand engagement;
  • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Central European countries to support regional marketing projects that drive our business goals.
