Who we are looking for

🚀 Jumpstart your Tech Career with Deloitte’s Creatio Lab in Tirana!

Location: Tirana, Albania (hybrid: office/online)

Lab Dates: 14th of April - 27th of April

Are you curious about the world of tech but don’t have a coding background?

Do you love solving problems, working with clients, and exploring digital tools?

Then Deloitte’s Creatio Lab is the perfect place to begin your journey in technology consulting!

For two exciting weeks, you’ll join our immersive, hands-on training designed to give you real-world experience in IT projects — no coding skills required!

You’ll work with Creatio, one of the world’s leading no-code platforms, and learn how to build applications, model business processes, and support digital transformations.

🎯 Who we're looking for:

University graduates or final-year students (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Business informatics, IT, or related fields
Individuals with 1+ year of professional work experience (tech experience not required!) would be a plus
Excellent English speakers (minimum B2 level) is a must
Open to full-time work post-Lab
Curious, fast learners who adapt well to new technologies
Great communicators with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
Experience with IT systems or digital projects is a plus!
