Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Client Onboarding, KYC role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical approach to all work undertaken
  • A flexible, proactive, energetic approach is essential
  • Strong problem solving/facilitation abilities 
  • Skill to build long-term client relationships and manage expectations autonomously while addressing difficult requests
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision 
  • A strong team player who is able to work efficiently & effectively under pressure
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn are key attributes given the steep learning curve this role will provide
Your future role
The Client Implementation team sits within Client OnBoarding (COB) and supports the client onboarding and account opening processes across a wide range of business areas and products. The Team’s primary function is to partner with key stakeholders to onboard new clients with a focus on efficiency, control, and excellent client service.   

  • Owning and driving the onboarding process for all client types and products
  • Active discussions with other departments to manage priorities
  • Develop in depth knowledge of all requirements needed such as AML, KYC & product to legal entity alignment
  • Having a sound appreciation of Client Onboarding policy and process requirements
  • Manage tight time lines for fund launches, market specific deadlines and trade dates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize projects
  • Detail oriented and self-driven
  • Strong client service orientation
