Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 1–2 years of experience in managing change, technology adoption, or business transformation;
  • knowledge of structured change methodologies such as PROSCI (certification is a plus);
  • strong written, oral, and visual communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity;
  • empathy and a user-centric mindset when approaching change;
  • ability to influence and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels;
  • strong understanding of the end-to-end user journey and how to support adoption;
  • comfortable contributing to learning assets such as training videos, guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles;
  • fluent English;
  • proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

Nice to have:
  • experience working in a professional services or consulting environment;
  • awareness of IT trends and ability to harness AI to improve your productivity;
  • exposure to Agile, PRINCE2, or ITIL methodologies;
  • familiarity with creating engaging content to support learning and communication;
  • comfort working in multicultural, cross-border teams.
Your future role
You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and other Project team members to improve user adoption, raise awareness, and drive participation in key technology initiatives. 
Your mission is to ensure that your colleagues realize the full value of our technology solutions.
We have an exciting portfolio of projects planned, which will provide a challenge from an Organizational Change Management perspective as well as a very interesting opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience. 
You will support change linked to strategic internal projects, including generative AI topics, security projects, and long-term adoption initiatives.

Your role:
As an example, you would be working with our Project Managers on developing a change plan, assessing change impact, providing feedback to the project team, establishing sponsorship and champions networks, gaining support for the newly developed tool among the future users and leadership, and setting metrics for the success of the project.
In this, you would leverage your creativity, personal networks, passion for helping people, and experience in change management techniques to successfully change the culture, overcoming resistance points and entrenched perceptions.
Because you understand that the people side of any project is critical to its success, you will use your knowledge of behavioral tactics, communication styles and training requirements to drive user adoption and overall project success.

Your objectives would be to:
  • implement change management framework and tools in line with industry standards and Deloitte’s internal best practices;
  • develop and execute change plans for internal technology projects;
  • build and maintain networks of change agents, leadership sponsors and technology enthusiasts across Central Europe;
  • collaborate on creating training materials, communication assets, knowledge records and templates;
  • lead or participate in champion sessions, training sessions, sponsor meetings or leadership presentations;
  • develop and monitor success metrics, KPIs and best practices.
