Who we are looking for


  • Very good business English language abilities, both oral and written
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working in a PMO, project coordination, or project support role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and information streams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Experience with PowerPoint for status or executive reporting
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership reporting
  • Eagerness to work in dynamic environment and team structure across multiple countries

Your future role

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project and program delivery across multiple stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Excel, comfortable managing information from different sources, and able to turn data into clear, structured, reportable deliverables for leadership and project teams. You will work closely with various team members and business stakeholders, including leadership to track progress, consolidate inputs, and support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Reporting Support

  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and calculations
  • Build and manage structured tables, formulas, and data validations in Excel
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into single, accurate PMO deliverables
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Gather inputs from multiple stakeholders across functions and projects
  • Follow up on missing or inconsistent information and ensure alignment
  • Translate raw inputs into clear, decision-ready summaries

Presentation & Documentation

  • Prepare light PowerPoint presentations (status updates, summaries, executive views)
  • Support project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and meeting materials

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support PMO governance activities (meetings, minutes, action tracking)
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and file structures
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required
