Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Join Deloitte's newly established Finance Operate business line, offering outsourcing services to global corporate clients. Be part of a dynamic team in Bratislava.

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, B2 or higher and German
  • Knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable or PTP (preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Team player with pro-active approach
  • A solution-oriented personality
  • Ownership mindset
  • Good understanding of business accountancy (preferred)
Your future role
  • Invoice & Payment processing: you will manage the full cycle of invoice processing, ensure accuracy and timely approvals, prepare payment runs and resolve any payment discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders•
  • Responsibility for timely resolution of local business partner and vendor’s queries through an advanced platform and to ensure the vendor & business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Written & verbal communication on daily basis
  • Reporting: You will contribute to the generation of reports on P2P metrics, such as invoice processing time and payment accuracy and support data analysis.
