Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Join Deloitte's newly established Finance Operate business line, offering outsourcing services to global corporate clients.  Be part of a dynamic team in Bratislava.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting and/or Purchasing department
  • Strong understanding of the General Leger and Balance Sheet
  • Proficient skills with PowerPoint and Excel such as tables, charts, formulas and pivot tables
  • Fluency in English spoken and written, B2 or higher
  • Analytical skills, willing to develop and learn
  • Communicative, collaborative, team player
  • Customer and result oriented, proactive and flexibility
  • Fluent in an additional European language (preferred)
  • Knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable or PTP (preferred)
  • Continuous improvement experience (preferred)
  • FIA Intermediate or equivalent knowledge required (preferred)
  • ERP experience (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle) (preferred)
  • Business and Finance and Accounting education degree (preferred)


Your future role
  • Timely and accurately react on any requests from internal & external parties
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with vendors
  • Aged items resolution on vendor subledgers and inventory GL accounts
  • Provide support for internal and external auditors
  • Daily communication with internal and external customers, employees
  • Daily support of supplier queries through phone or e-mail
  • Supporting team lead with CI, transition and other special projects
  • End to end process expert for given area
  • For areas were applicable, be responsible for monitoring of AP activities performed by 3rd party, making sure these activities are performed on time, accurately and are documented adequately
