Join Deloitte's SAP Team in Prague 🟢

SAP transformations are evolving rapidly, and organizations are looking for experts who can simplify complex processes and deliver tangible business value. We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP team in Prague.

In this role, you will work with leading international clients, helping them optimize travel, expense, and invoice management processes through SAP Concur solutions. You will collaborate with experienced SAP professionals across Deloitte's international network and contribute to complex transformation programs across various industries.

Whether you enjoy leading workshops, designing solutions, collaborating directly with business stakeholders, or driving successful implementations, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while continuing to grow your expertise.

💼What you bring:
  • 4-6 of hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementations, configuration, and solution delivery.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience working in consulting, implementation, transformation, or client-facing project environments.
  • Fluent German (mandatory); professional English and native Czech are a must
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with international project teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
👍?Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Travel & Expense Management processes.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related SAP solutions.
  • SAP Concur certifications.
  • Previous experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
Your future role
  • Lead and support end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and transformation projects.
  • Conduct client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs and system configurations.
  • Configure SAP Concur solutions and support integration activities.
  • Advise clients on best practices and solution adoption.
  • Support testing, training, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international Deloitte teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
