Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
🔍 We are seeking a driven and solution-oriented SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Bulgaria.
In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with financial processes and business objectives.



✅ Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of core SAP FI/CO components: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  • Solid grasp of financial and controlling principles and their implementation within SAP ERP.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration points (e.g., MM, SD) and understanding of cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with user training.
  • Excellent English communication skills is a must and German speaking skills (bonus point)

Your future role
  • Define and implement configuration solutions for SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, IO).
  • Translate business requirements into SAP system designs and configurations.
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot SAP FICO functionalities as part of implementation, rollout, and support activities.
  • Work closely with SAP consultants from other modules to ensure integrated and consistent system behavior.
  • Support end-users with training, documentation, and ongoing issue resolution.
  • Ensure solutions align with project plans, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update functional documentation and configuration records.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SAP functionalities, innovations, and best practices in FICO.
