Who we are looking for

Our Prague-based SAP consulting team is seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Manager.

🟢 What do we expect from you?

4+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations (consulting experience preferred).
A strong background in configuring SAP FI/CO modules and an in-depth understanding of finance processes like R2R, O2C, and P2P.
Experience working with European finance regulations, including FX, taxation, and statutory/localization requirements (CZ/EU preferred).
An engaging communicator - whether risk/defect communication, effective managing stakeholders, or presenting your ideas to clients.
Client-facing mindset—you thrive in building trusting relationships with clients and navigating their unique needs.
Experience contributing to proposals and client presentations, including scope definition and estimating.
Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English is a must.

🟢 What can you expect?

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on interesting SAP FI/CO design and implementation projects for major companies in various sectors, both on the Czech and international markets.

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank/Cash) and Controlling (CCA/IO, CO-PA), including taxes and localizations.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW, review build deliverables, and support testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT).
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including solution design, scope definition, and key assumptions.
Develop credible effort and cost estimates for Finance workstreams (Fit-to-Standard, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, hypercare).
Draft and review selected SoW sections, covering deliverables, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
Lead Finance data migration activities - define mapping/cleansing rules and execute trial loads.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Finance on cross-functional programs.
Advise clients on internal controls, audit readiness, month-end close, and other key financial processes from an SAP functional perspective.
Support complex programs by performing process diagnostics, validating requirements, and shaping target-state designs.
